What to Expect

  • Students will have an exclusive reserved time slot each week, which is guaranteed upon tuition being paid.
    • Whether digital or in person, attendance is expected. If a lesson must be canceled, contact your teacher to see if a make-up lesson can be scheduled.
    • Communication is key – if a student is unavailable for the lesson, notice must be given to the teacher at least 24 hours in advance. It is understood that unforeseen situations happen, so in these instances, please give as much notice as you are able.
    • No-shows will not be eligible for make-up lesson arrangements or refunds.
  • Students are expected to show up prepared.
    • At the end of each lesson, the student will always receive instruction on what to work on. Just like homework in school, the student will benefit most when they complete the tasks before attending their next weekly lesson.
  • Tuition payment is due at the beginning of each month.
  • If tuition has not been paid within seven days of the invoice date, a late charge will be applied.
    • Tuition will be a flat rate.
      • If there are five weeks in a particular month, nothing extra will be charged. On the same token, if a holiday falls within a month, tuition will not be reduced.

These policies are subject to change. If changes are made, all students will be notified in advance.
